If I could give 6 stars I would. After finding out I was suddenly without hot water Rhys responded to my callout promptly, quoted me a fair price on new gas hot water tank and even installed it same day working into the night so that we could have hot showers. His work was of very high quality, thorough and went the extra mile, even though any other tradie would be itching to get home at that time of day. I won't use anyone else going forward.

I've called out Rhys twice now and will do so in the future! Recently our hot water system needed to be replaced, his top dollar workmanship is evident in the final job. Great fast, efficient service! If you need a plumber, Rhys is your guy!

Had Rhys attend my blocked drain on a Saturday. Used another company earlier in the week, who plunged the drain and said it was fixed, with no explanation of what the issue was. Tried calling them back on the Saturday with no answer or return calls. Jims Plumbing Chermside had Rhys at my door with in 1 hour of booking. What great service. He had all the equipment required, and discovered there were tree roots in the drain using the CCTV drain camera. I also noted the van was neat and tidy. Reasonable pricing compared to the other company who plunged the drain! I cannot fault the tradesman and highly recommend to friends and family.

About a month ago, I used Rhys from Jims Plumbing to replace my kitchen sink mixer. He was reliable and knowledgeable. I thought I would use him again when an emergency sprung. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family from now on as he is trustworthy and doesn’t rip you off.

I would like to commend Rhys for his honesty and workmanship - you are lucky to have him as a franchisee. I am not sure if you hold annual award dinners for your franchisees, if so, I would recommend his nomination.
