Peace of mind in the event you are not happy with the work we do
As a franchisee within Jim's Group, all work myself and team does is covered by Head Office's national guarantee policy. Fortunately I have never had to use this yet, but it should give you peace of mind that if for some reason you are not happy with the work we do that it will be fixed completely free of charge.

Initial job inspection
If you are not satisfied with any work we do, the first step is to contact us and arrange an inspection. One of our plumbers will visit your premises to conduct an internal review of the job. Often it is a simple misunderstanding, and a free fix can be provided then and there if small problems are found.

Fixing problems for free
If the inspection deems that our work is not up to par, one of our plumbers will happily fix it for you free of charge. For larger fixes that could not be done during the inspection, we will arrange a time and date at your earliest convenience to come back and do it.

Disagreement resolution
If we believe the job was good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense. If no problems are found, you agree to pay for half the report cost plus the original job amount (if owing). If problems were found, we will come back and fix them at no additional cost.
