I do not charge a callout fee to visit your Brisbane premises for a free quote between 7am to 5pm on weekdays.

In the case of an afterhours plumbing emergency, myself and my team are available 24/7, but we will let you know beforehand what the callout fee will be.

Often for an emergency I can advise you what to do on the phone to nullify the situation and then come visit your premises the next morning to save you the callout fee.

I am driven to deliver fair and transparent pricing to all customers. The last thing I want is for someone to have any hidden surprises when it comes time to pay the bill.

All quotes include labour, parts and any other expenses upfront. I do not charge variable hourly rates so you always know exactly what I am going to deliver and for what price.

I have 20+ hands-on experience fixing every type of plumbing issue you can imagine. I am honest, professional and very good at what I do. This allows me to often spend a lot less time on a particular job than other plumbers, giving you the customer an exceptional service and fair price.

Convenient on-site payment methods

I carry a mobile EFTPOS machine and iPad to take a variety of payment methods at your premises. All jobs need to be paid for upon completion, as being a small business I am unable to offer accounts for residential customers.

Credit & debit cards

I take VISA, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards, plus savings and direct debit cards via my EFTPOS machine.
